At Bumblebee Pediatric Therapy, we don’t hire just to fill roles. We grow our team intentionally, looking for clinicians who value collaboration, curiosity, and whole-child care. Supportive, Human Workplace
We believe great clinicians are whole people. We strive to create a workplace that respects boundaries, clear communication, and long-term sustainability in pediatric care. In addition to paid time off for full-time salaried employees, our clinic closes for one week twice each year to allow clinicians dedicated time to rest and recharge. Clinicians also have flexibility in their direct hours to accommodate real-life scheduling needs.
