At Bumblebee Pediatric Therapy, we don’t hire just to fill roles. We grow our team intentionally, looking for clinicians who value collaboration, curiosity, and whole-child care. If you’re passionate about pediatric therapy and believe great outcomes come from strong relationships—with families, colleagues, and the community—we’d love to hear from you.

Thoughtful Caseloads

Sessions are scheduled with intention. We prioritize high-quality care, realistic pacing, and clinical judgment over volume-driven models. Full-time caseloads are capped at 25 direct client hours per week.

Strong Clinical Leadership

Our leadership team consists of practicing clinicians who understand the realities of pediatric therapy and advocate for both therapists and families. By maintaining active clinical caseloads, our leaders stay closely connected to the work and challenges clinicians face every day.

Supportive, Human Workplace

We believe great clinicians are whole people. We strive to create a workplace that respects boundaries, clear communication, and long-term sustainability in pediatric care. In addition to paid time off for full-time salaried employees, our clinic closes for one week twice each year to allow clinicians dedicated time to rest and recharge. Clinicians also have flexibility in their direct hours to accommodate real-life scheduling needs.
